“When choosing a contractor, one usually wants to hear the experiences of several people who have had work done by them. We asked HousePro for several recent references to talk to after we had narrowed our list of potential contractors for a bathroom renovation. Each reference was adamant in their praise of every aspect of the work carried out by HousePro. After all of our questions had been answered, we chose House Pro as our contractor and, as the process unfolded, found that all of the superlatives we had heard from their references were absolutely true! As promised, the work crew arrived on time on the day they indicated they would begin work. They were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They kept the work area clean and caused very little disruption. Unlike other contractors we had worked with in the past, there weren’t days when no one showed up and the project just stood still. The promise was made that once they started work, they would be there every day until it was completed and they kept that promise. As questions arose (they always do!), we were consulted with, given viable options, and sound advice based on their experience to make sure our expectations were met. The work was concluded on the exact day they estimated the work to be finished. To put the above in perspective. I’m very much a perfectionist when it comes to things like this and I have had my issues with other contractors we have used in the past. I have never provided a written recommendation for any of them. Given the experience we had with our bathroom renovation, I offered to write this recommendation for HousePro! We are considering another project and have already decided that HousePro will be our contractor!”
